Multipurpose is everything when out in the backcountry. Less carried in is less carried out and generally makes for a better trip. Most backpackers have some sort of spoon/fork/spork they like to use. But how many have a spoon/fork/chopstick combination? The Kung Foon comes with a Foon which is similar to a spork but with more tines and includes a set of chopsticks. The Foon or the chopsticks can be used independently or combined together. The power of this combination from GSI is that the chopsticks fit into a set of slots in the Foon creating a long handled utensil to reach down to the bottom of even the deepest food bag to get the last of those precious dregs of food, without the dirty fingers.
